Description
This site is a knock-off of my website youneedgadgets.com. I paid 3XPweb to host my site. After I found out that I didn't have FTP access, I requested and received a refund. They told me that the site would be taken down within 3 days. This was on Jan. 1, 2008 and the site is still up. I will contact them on 2-18-08 (today is 2-16-08) about this matter. If they comply and take down the site, I will come back and either remove this entry. If not, I will be contacting the FTC to see if there is anything I can do to force them to.
