In his last position, Mr. Schreiber was the special advisor to Lyor Cohen, the Chairman and CEO of Island Def Jam Recordings, responsible for all strategy and development of new business. Previous to IDJ, Mr. Schreiber was the founder of Infinite Mobility (a Mobile Service Provider to the Sports and Entertainment industries), mobileStorm (a Database management and marketing ASP) and part of the start-up team for Farmclub.com (Universal Music’s answer to MP3.com). Mr. Schreiber is an industry insider in the entertainment and wireless industries, a regular on the speaking circuit and an advisor to the industries' most dynamic companies.
Douglas Schiller, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Xingtone, initially joined the company as a consultant in 2004. He has held the COO/CFO position since Spring 2005. Mr. Schiller has been an entrepreneur in the technology field for almost 20 years. He received his MBA from Columbia University in 1986 and his BS from Georgetown University in 1984. Mr. Schiller co-founded Interactive Light, a maker of sports-themed arcade-based video games, in 1989. Some of the technology that came out of Interactive Light was licensed to Sega, Roland, and Callaway Golf. In 2000 he started PrimeID, an Internet company focused on facilitating web based communications and the building of customer databases for retail merchants. Mr. Schiller is listed as an inventor on 2 patents and has participated in the issuance of 7 more.
