The WorldPassKey™ Solution
When a WorldPassKey device is inserted into a USB port on a PC that is connected to the Internet, a screen automatically appears that prompts the user for a password. When the user types in their password, the embedded serial number encrypted in the WorldPassKey device is sent along with the encrypted password over the Internet to a secure server that decrypts and authenticates the serial number and password. Once verified, the users account is flagged to signify this user has been authenticated and is on-line. This basic premise provides an extremely high level of security for countless applications.
The WorldPassKey™ Family
- IBankPass
When credit cards, debit cards and checking accounts are attached to the IBankPass, on-line purchases can not be completed without the use of this version of WorldPassKey. Bank customers can also use IBankPass as a requirement to gain access to their on-line banking. Other features such as RFID and Barcodes can be incorporated into IBankPass to make it compatible with existing and future point-of-sale systems.
- IGamePass
When games are attached to IGamePass, they can't be played without the use of this version of WorldPassKey. Companies that provide age restricted computer games can now ensure their players are of the appropriate age. The location verification feature of the IGamePass can be used to accept or reject customers attached to on-line gambling and gaming websites based upon where they are physically located.
- IWebPass
When websites or parts of websites are attached to IWebPass, they can't be viewed without the use of this version of WorldPassKey. This can be most useful for banking, stock trading, government and military websites.
