Description
In 1995 a small group of NH K9 officers recognized the need for ongoing, consistent training. From that commitment to each other, along with the desire to help other departments that wanted to form and operate a canine unit while utilizing the most modern and effective training methods available, the Foundation was incorporated as a 501-C:3 non-profit organization to support and enhance New Hampshire Police K-9 Teams. ESTABLISH a relationship within the community through our award winning "K-9 Kasha" Adopt-a-K9 Classroom Program, our annual Open House, K-9 First Aid & CPR Classes , & K-9 Vest Program plus other K-9 related educational and training seminars.
PROVIDE Seed Grants for N.H., Me. and Ma. Police Depts. wishing to start a new K-9 program. K-9 Vest Grants for departments needing them. Click here for current list of grants awarded.
