Yellowstone Wolf Tracker

Description

Yellowstone Wolf Tracker is a repository of experiences and information about wild gray wolves in Yellowstone National Park. In 1995, gray wolves were restored to the nation's first national park after a 60+ year absence. The event has been hailed the conservation achievement of the century and has sparked an amazing chain of events that has expanded our knowledge of wolves and affirmed our role as ecological care-takers in our nation's premier wildlife sanctuary.

Yellowstone Wolf Tracker shares the experience of gray wolf recovery in Yellowstone. Information about observing wolves in Yellowstone Park, taking field courses based on wolf ecology, and educational materials for classrooms are offered.

If you have material to share, contact the editor. We accept stories, photographs, poems, drawings, field notes--almost anything of substance that conveys the Yellowstone wolf experience. Be creative, or simply thorough. However you choose to do it, please share with others your time with the wolves!
