Winnipeg Alive! began as a learning project. An excuse to kick over the can that powers the Internet and see what's inside. The intention is to build it into a community portal engine that allows site administrators 100% web based administration in a secure setting. Enable content aggregation, publishing, syndication, micropayment management and distribution through a number of technologies including XML and Javascript.
It is 100% opensource. If there is something here you like. Ask and you can have it. Or better yet, if you have something to contribute ... yahoo!!! Just let us know!
