About US
If you were to ask us about ourselves a year ago, we probably would tell a much different story than the one we tell now. After a series of unfortunate events (which are usually told humorously after a few glasses of wine) we found ourselves pulled into the wine industry by a winemaker friend.
Sometimes in life, you’re thrown a few surprises. Wine became the unsuspected bond which brought us friends, opportunities, and joy back into our lives. Who knew that working in our spare time at our friend’s winery would bring us so much more than we ever put into it. I left my corporate job to design for the wine industry and found a place where an overly sensitive art director could belong. My husband found more free wine sent his way than he was capable of drinking. We both were in heaven. From that point on I knew there was something magic about wine.
Winerybound was created to share the same joy we find in wine with others. We hope that with the site, people will realize how easy it is to become part of the wine community. There are now wineries in every state hoping for the opportunity for you to find them and experience their unique personality and perspective.
