Since we started offering shared hosting support in 1997, our primary support option has always been email or helpdesk assistance. Telephone support is to costly simply because we have to employ a person to sit at a desk for 8 hours a day. We have found an alternate solution to this.
We have setup an additional support option - paid telephone support. What this means is if you wish to talk to a live customer service representative, we will offer this to you at a one time fee of $14.95 per incident. This will include as many calls as required until the specific trouble ticket has been completed to your satisfaction
The first step in requesting telepoh0one support is to open a trouble ticket, once that\'s completed, just call our phone number (510-870-8273) and use extension 708. This will dial though a range of numbers until a 24 hour on call person answers. Once this feature is used, you will be billed $14.95 via your credit card on file.
