- WIN Linked is a subsidiary of WeInterpret.Net, which was established as Maryland Interpreting Services in 1996 by David Stephenson, CT. With the introduction of its services on the World Wide Web in 2003, the company changed its name to WeInterpret.Net. An American Sign Language interpreter, Dave Stephenson grew up in Maryland. Dave learned ASL as a youngster whose best friend was deaf. As a teenager, he used sign language as a volunteer, traveling for his church throughout the U.S. He has since dedicated his career to creating one of the most respected interpreting agencies with a national reputation for excellence. WIN has extensive experience providing interpreters for government, corporate, medical, legal, educational, religious and entertainment settings.
