- Dr. Alexander Bell (see him on the picture to the left), the architect of this project, has dedicated a great deal of his life to various educational technologies. Education was always a major concern of Dr. Bell: “Any civilized society should have implemented an effective mechanism of early detection of gifted school students and provide the means for them to utilize their talent and creativity. Talented people must be considered the national treasure. Such incredibly gifted individuals as Alexander Graham Bell (of course my all time famous namesake comes first :-), Thomas A. Edison, Bills Gates, Steven Jobs and likes have greater value for the nation than all its gas, oil and other mineral resources altogether.”
