NCrypt is a symmetrical file encryptor/decryptor that gives you the choice of three of the candidates for the NIST AES (Rijndael, Serpent, Twofish). A wipe-only option (DoD standard 5220.22-M/Gutmann method) is also available that is indepedent of the encryption process.
