The We Cover L.A. office includes 5 system engineers and two office administrators. We also have 2 part time technicians on an ongoing basis.
Response Time:
We offer immediate phone / email support to all our clients. In case of emergency, we will provide an on-site technician within 2 hours. Emergency is generally defined as “problem that is affecting the functionality of more than 10% of the users.”

Monitoring:
Each one of our system engineers carries a BlackBerry and is notified of any problem with any client at any given time. We also run a custom designed ticket system that helps us assign, dispatch and keep track of all calls related to a client and make sure every call got its appropriate attention. We also implemented an SNMP system in our premises to monitor any problem that may occur in your network.
Rates:
Our rates vary between $95 - $150 per hour depending on the project scope, size of network and services needed.
