Nestled on the shores of Cherokee Lake between the Great Smoky Mountains and Clinch Mountain, Wa-Ni Village Resort is a boater and fisherman’s paradise. Your backyard is Cherokee Lake, a 30,000-acre reservoir with largemouth, smallmouth, and striped bass, as well as crappie, bream, and catfish. A private covered boat dock and a concrete boat ramp make getting on the lake easy.
And, with our convenient dockside store, you don’t have to worry about stocking up before you come. Gas, ice, snacks, and live bait are all available on site. And, even if you catch all the fish you want, you can still enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant.
