Description
Mesa Verde National Park in southwestern Colorado is open 365 days a year. Most cliff dwellings and mesa-top sites are visible year-round from the park's roads.
The Spruce Tree House restaurant & shops are open all year. The Visitors Center closes in late October and is moved to the Chapin Museum during the winter. The Lodge and Campground are open from mid-April to late October - this is also when most guided tours are available. Please call for the most up-to-date schedules.
When entering the park, visitors must purchase a $10 entrance permit, good for seven consecutive days, per family-style vehicle or RV. (See Rates for details about driving in the park.) To fully enjoy the sights, allow one to two days here. We accept National Park Service passes and Golden Age passes.
