We always try to stock a diverse range of film cameras, lenses, accessories, books, instruction manuals and associated photographic items, from very early wood and brass antiques of the 1800s, classic cameras of the 1930s & 50s,60s, 70s right through to modern and new equipment:
The business was founded in London during the 1950s, developing from a photographic studio and lab, to general photographic stores in the South of the city by the late 1960s. Vintage Cameras then evolved to specialise in fine vintage/collectible/rare items and images. High quality film cameras, lenses and accessories (all types, formats and makes) have always been an important section of our stock. We have supplied professional/amateur photographers, collectors, companies, museums and photo dealers, now in over 40 countries worldwide. We now stock many types of cameras: antique, classic and modern, lenses, photographic accessories, T2 mounts, stepping rings, filters, batteries, projection lamps, bulbs, flash bulbs, cine equipment, darkroom stuff, bags and cases/holdalls (most are listed on this web site, but please ask if you do not see the item you need!). We are now MAIL ORDER specialists and SHIP WORLDWIDE. Vintage Cameras will buy, trade or part-exchange most types of equipment from single items to an entire collection.
