- VIKTOR BUJANOW is President of VIA Insurance Agency, Inc., Niverville, Columbia County New York (518-448-6954) and has been licensed as a New York State Property and Casualty Insurance Agent and Broker since 1968. In 1980, he earned the National Designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) from the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors, and the Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation in 2000. He and his wife, Marylou, recently sold all interests of the Viktor Insurance Agency, Inc. which they established in 1983.
