Velina Designs is a dynamic enterprise that has pioneered the making and marketing of Hindu gods in China since 1999. Inspired by many years of experience with the Indian culture Velina Designs has achieved in just a few years a remarkable result in high quality production of Hindu figurines.
Velina is a Chinese-born lady who has lived and worked between China and Hong Kong most of her life. Many years ago, she began to search for spiritual and cultural ideals in India, just as she had done within her own Chinese ancestral heritage. Her efforts led her to unit her passion for Vedic knowledge with her business partner, Yves.
Originating from France, Yves has spent over twenty-five years visiting India and its neighboring countries. He has studied, worked and traveled extensively in all parts of the Indian continent, enriching himself with Vedic culture, rituals, philosophy, customs and wisdom.
