A Nationwide Third Political Party developed to promote respect for life, liberty, property; strong traditional families; patriotism; individual, state and national sovereignty; with reliance on and allegiance to: the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution for the United States of America and belief that God played role in development of United States and its documents. Copy right to term is owned by Jeff Durbin, MSgt, USAF, Ret. and no one may use this name without the permission of his or of his appointed members of the Independent American Party. Membership to the Independent American Party is open to all Americans of legal voting age, as members must be listed in their states Secretary of States elector roles as Independent or non-partisan, dependent upon state mandates. Principle core belief is that the Constitution and other founding father documents of the United States take principal role over any legislative pass by the Houses of Congress and Congress may pass no law that violates the Constitution and usurps the Constitution in any manner or form.
