USA Coil and Air builds standard and built-to-order commercial and industrial air conditioning and heating equipment, including HVAC coils, fan coils, air handlers, heat exchangers. USA offers stocking programs or quick shipments for all products.
HVAC Coils
Hot Water Coils (HW) Available in same or opposite end designs with a multitude of circuitry available. Coils constructed of 3/8", 1/2" and 5'8" O.D. tubes with aluminum or copper fins and galvanized or stainless steel casings.
Chilled Water Cooling Coils (CW) Available in same or opposite end designs with a multitude of circuitry available. Coils constructed of 3/8", 1/2" and 5'8" O.D. tubes with aluminum or copper fins and galvanized or stainless steel casings.
Standard Steam Heating Coil (SS) Available with opposite end or same end connections. Standard coil construction good up to 100 PSIG steam pressure. Coils can be fabricated in 1 row or 2 row designs with 5/8" O.D. copper tubes.
Steam Distributing Coils (SD) Available in 5/8" O.D. or 1" O.D. design. All coils have inner distributing tube in conjunction with outer condensing tube making them perfect for below freezing air or modulating steam applications.
Direct Expansion Cooling Coils (RE) Available for all types of refrigerant cooling applications. 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8" O.D. tubes available. Coils consist of distributor leads and distrubutor. Face, row or inter-twined coil splits also can be provided.
Condenser Coil Available in same or opposite end designs with a multitude of circuitry available. Coils constructed of 3/8:, 1/2" and 5'8" O.D. tubes with aluminum or copper fins and galvanized or stainless steel casings.

Industrial & Process Coils
Multiple Coils arranged in banks. Coils either stacked high or deep, depending on the application. Special flanged connections are available on request. Coils can be arranged in a common casing.
Hot Water or Chilled Water Cooling Coils - available in same or apposite end designs with a multitude of circuitry available. Coils constructed of 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8" O.D. tubes with aluminum or copper fins and galvanized or stainless steel casings.
High pressure coil design with coils installed in round to square transitions. Casing designed for pressures up to 100 P.S.I.G. Steam Distributing Heating Coil - available in 5/8" O.D. or 1" O.D. design. All Coils have inner distributing tube in conjunction with outer condensate tube making them perfect for below freezing air or modulation steam applications.
Industrial Heating, Cooling and Process Coils in all types of arrangements and construction to meet your exacting requirements. Included are cleanable tubes, fabricated headers, removeable cores and air tight casings.
Replacement Tube Bundles and Heat Exchangers
USA Coil & Air can duplicate any existing Bundle to include dimensions, materials and performance. We can build "U" tube bundles, straight tube "floating" tubesheet bundles, or we can retube fixed tubesheet heat exchangers when the bundle is not removable. USA is not locked into any one material. Most bundles tend to be built with copper tubes and steel tubesheets. USA can offer a wide variety of materials, including: carbon steel, stainless steel, cupro-nickle, admiralty brass and many others. We also offer our special expedited shipment schedules for emergency replacement. USA can ship any copper or cupro-nickle bundle in one week or less.
USA builds tank heaters for either steam or hot water use. We offer either the bundle by itself, or we offer the entire tank heater assembly which includes: the bundle, cast or fabricated head, and sleeve which the bundle slides into. We have very few limitations on length or diameter and can size your tank heaters to match your existing tank. USA also offers the same wide variety of materials for tubes and tubesheets that we offer for our tube bundles. We also build tank heaters in one week or less.
USA has a great deal of experience in the design and manufacturing process of shell and tube heat exchangers. We build "U" tube heat exchangers, straight tube "fixed" tubesheet exchangers and straight tube "floating" tubesheet exchangers. We build our units for high thermal efficiency and we give you rugged construction for tough day to day operations. We offer you total flexibility to meet your most demanding requirements ... special connection sizes and locations, various tube diameters and spacing, tube lengths, and special materials. USA exchangers can be built to ASME, Section VIII, Division I stamp, or "U" and "UM" stamp.
Little Chill Coolers
Little Chill Coolers from USA Coil & Air are the answer to your special cooling and dehumidification needs. For one thing, they fit right into a standard 2’ x 4’ suspended ceiling panel, with no floor space needed. You can install Little Chill Coolers almost anywhere without cluttering up valuable wall, window or floor space.You can place a Little Chill Cooler in a ceiling directly over the area that needs air conditioning without rear-ranging interior space.
Like ordinary window air conditioners, Little Chill Coolers are self-contained units. They can be installed or repositioned with ease and less cost!. There’s no outside condensers to worry about, no interconnecting refrigerant piping, and no centralized ductwork for air distribution.

5 WORK DAY SHIPMENT PROGRAM A lot of the equipment that USA Coil & Air builds is specially made to order to meet your exact engineering requirements. USA offers a special 5 work day shipment at a premium on the following equipment. Premiums are higher for 5 work day ships than 10 work day ships.

- Tube Bundles, Tank Heaters & Heat Exchangers Steam or Hot Water.
- Selected Fan Coils & Accessories-See Option #4.
If you give USA Coil & Air your order, count forward 5 work days and USA Coil & Air will ship your equipment guaranteed on that day. If the equipment doesn't ship on time, then you don't pay the premium. You have to allow several days after shipment to deliver the equipment via common carrier, U.P.S., etc. USA can also ship via special trucker or air freight if you desire.

4 WEEK SHIP PROGRAM-FAN COIL UNITS ONLY USA builds a wide variety of fan coils that we offer on either 5 work day ship programs or 4 week ship programs. Our normal shipment schedule is 10 to 14 weeks. Below is a rundown of why you might need fan coils quickly.
- Service or emergency jobs. 5 work day ship, most expensive.
- Design-build or service jobs-4 weeks ship, mid-range expensive.
- New construction/cost effective - no emergency, 10 to 14 weeks, least expensive.
USA has selected the following styles to ship in either 5 work day or 4 week ship programs.
- Horizontal Basic Units - 200 thru 2000 cfm.
- Horizonal Return Plenum Units - 200 thru 2000 cfm.
- Horizontal Exposed Deluxe Cabinet Units - 200 thru 1200 cfm.
- Vertical Basic Units - 200 thru 1200 cfm.
- Vertical Exposed Cabinet Units - 200 thru 1200 cfm.
- Vertical Slope Top Units - 200 thru 1200 cfm.
A wide variety of valve packages, thermostats and coil options are available on either of these (2) ship programs.
