Description - A complete description of the task.
Bring our Pre-Financing projections months in-line with our current spending. This will give us the most accurate picture of how we will spend money.
The business reason for the work.
This task supports the Fundraising project.
By adjusting our pre-SeriesA assumptions to match our current spending, our run-time estimates will be more accurate.
Done When - A complete description of the expected results.
The task is fairly straightforward. It will be done when it's done. This task could be a repeating task if/when our assumptions for Series A change.
Monthly:
- Add traffic stats from google anlalytics
- Remove actual month from assumptions tab
- Change assumptions-based formulas to actual data for the month
- Add a month to the ProForma tab so that it remains a three year projection (**Always** add a month to the end rather than inserting a column!)
- be sure to update all pre-paid formulas & current portion of long term debt.

This project was started on 6 September of the last iteration. I spent the last iteration waiting to have access to accurate payroll information. Once this information was in hand, I spent about 4 hours over two days working on it.
The project is ready for further discussion.
