The University of Lake Minnetonka was founded in 2003. A passion for Lake Minnetonka and a drive to help save it, inspired us to create a fun business that will help save the lake.
The University of Lake Minnetonka is not really a school. But, we sell all kinds of "school gear" that make us look very real. Wear our products to show you are proud of Lake Minnetonka and that you promote keeping our lake beautiful. We promote community within the Lake Minnetonka area by selling fun T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, hats and other products. And we are pleased to donate 10% of all our product sales to the Lake Minnetonka Association (LMA) to help join the fight to keep our beautiful lake clean and enjoyable.
The Lake Minnetonka Association is helping with the fight to keep exotic species from entering the lake. We support efforts to keep the newest Minnesota pest, Zebra Mussels out of our lake! Once Zebra Mussels enter a lake there is not a known remedy!!!
