Description
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your shipping container. An RMA request will not be approved after 15 days of receiving your order. No returns will be accepted without a pre-approved Return Authorization Number. Please call our customer service department at 1-866-578-6633 to discuss your return options and/or to obtain an RMA number. Please do not write the RMA number on the software box. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
Only unopened packaged software is returnable up to 15 days from receiving your product. Opened, written-on, or installed software is not returnable. Defective software will only be replaced with the "similar kind" software. Any OPENED NON-DEFECTIVE NOT INSTALLED software in perfect condition may be returnable at our sole discretion and is subject to a 20% processing fee. For Licensing returns, you will be charged a 15% processing fee. All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 10 days of RMA issuance. Items received after 10 days will be refused. All items must be returned with original packaging, including all registration cards-disks-CDs-manuals-licenses-etc. in perfect condition.
Trial Versions of software are usually available from software manufacturers. It is the customer's responsibility to try software or become familiar with the software before they purchase from us. We do not offer trial versions.
