Twin Tiers Technologies, Inc. was founded in 1991 by David Carpenter, a funeral director in Corning NY with over 30 years experience in the funeral profession. After searching for a funeral home management package that was designed to be effective even for the novice, Mr. Carpenter enlisted local programming talent to develop MIMS™, a management program created from the outset with the funeral director in mind.
Over the years, as the MIMS™ customer base expanded, the MIMS™ program itself evolved into one of the most powerful software applications available for the funeral home industry. As MIMS™ has expanded, so has Twin Tiers Technologies, Inc. In addition to preparing custom programming, Twin Tiers has also made a name locally for web design services. You can meet Mr. Carpenter and his programming staff at any number of regional Funeral Directors Association conventions, and at the yearly National Funeral Directors Association convention.
