We belief in a non hierarchical approach of our organization. Our organization consists of two each other cross fertilizing strongly interrelated groups of professionals. On the one hand the project consultants work together with teams of our clients. On the other hand we have internal teams of high level experienced finance and HR specialist. The Hub philosophy is more applied to the project consultants and interim managers then the internal teams. The Hub creates a new working environment based on trust and a lot of individual space. This space can only be give by reversing the pyramid. Coaching, mentoring and training in combination with the given space leads to a steep learning curve. We do not follow a retention policy. We encourage people to learn in practice and to gain experience on different projects with different clients.
