Phrase One Training Needs Analysts specialise in conducting TNA in accordance with the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) Methodology. Which is intended to assist MOD and contractors who are involved with the management and conduct of a TNA. We are contractors for Millitary projects and are able to conduct part of or all of the TNA process down to Instructional design level and if required the evaluation of training.
