- PanAero hopes eventually to build and to operate our Space Van 2011, which we believe to be capable of launching payloads to space at greatly reduced cost, relative to current and other planned launch vehicles. Important uses include orbital space tourims, high-qaulity, low-cost, mobile, space-baeed telecommunications, and a proposed commercial propellant depot on low Earth orbit that would greatly expand the capability for exploring and colonizing outer space.
