- TouchPoints is the media distribution ministry of First Baptist Church of West Monroe, Louisiana. The Patt Maggs Tape Ministry was named after the late Patt Maggs whose vision for getting recordings of sermons out to people gave this ministry its start. The Patt Maggs Tape Ministry still exists and our plans are to continue to honor her dedication to this ministry. TouchPoints is a name used to encompass all of the media distribution efforts of the church.
