While anyone who is registered to vote as a Republican is a member of the Party, there are twenty-five elected members of the Republican National Committee. Elections are held every year.

The Republican National Committee elects nine officers: The Chair, seven Vice-Chairs, and the Secretary. The officers are also elected for a period of one year.

Some of our Republican National Committee members are imprisoned since 25th November 2002. The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights has urged the Government of Turkmenistan to release immediately and unconditionally all prisoners of conscience.
