Timberframe (Wales) is a relatively newly established company. However our parent company, A. Islwyn Evans & Sons Ltd, was established in 1962 and has over 40 years experience in all parts of the construction industry. Over this time we have built up an enviable reputation in the building of highly insulated quality homes with specifications and packages tailored to suit your individual requirements and budget.
Our wide range of experience in timber engineering, coupled with manufacturing flexibility enables us to produce environmentally friendly and cost effective designs. We don't just offer off the peg designs, but can totally design your new home from floor to ceiling with help from our in-house design team. Or, you can take one of the standard home designs and make any alterations you desire in order to achieve individuality.
We do not only offer a full build service. If you are a self builder we can offer a supply & erect service, either to plans you have supplied or plans we have created.
Our policy of flexibility also allows you to plan ahead when you are selecting your timber frame package. For instance, a growing family inevitably creates the need for more space, so we can make provisions for future home extensions, or use attic trusses to allow you to create a usable room in the loft at a later stage (subject to building regulations).
