Our Live Crab come off local fishing vessels and are held live and fresh in tanks that pump bay water 24 hours a day.
Whole cooked crab are cooked daily in lightly salted water to enhance the flavor of the delicate Dungeness Crab meat. We normally have live crab 11 months of the year.
Our Whole Fresh Salmon are exactly that! Caught daily by our local commercial fisherman, the salmon are immediately cleaned and immersed in ice on the boat and delivered to Tillamook Bay Boathouse. The troll caught salmon season runs from March through October-weather permitting.
