I would like this opportunity to welcome you to our friendly open club and to share our knowledge of karateka with you. To bring strength, health, confidence, co-ordination and flexibility to your life and to help you develop your knowledge of self-defence regardless of age.
I would also like to thank sensei Pauline and Lee for all their help and knowledge over the years and for giving me the experience I now hold and the chance to pass it on to others.
