The Web Pages was launched in April of 2001. The goal was to create the best and most used Central Coast web site directory. There seemed to be a gap between search engine results and the way people really do business in SLO County. Most people do their purchasing in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties, so why not bring the data on the web inline with the way people really do business? It seemed like a logical question with an obvious answer.
The need for a dedicated Central Coast web site directory is validated by the thousands of hits we receive each month. We could not have done it without the support of the the community. To the businesses and the local web users who support this project we would like to say thank you!
For 2005 we have updated The Web Pages Online.com to better serve you. There are new features and more online resources so you can "Surf Globally but Shop Locally".
