Imagine a world covered entirely by water. People live on immense, floating cities and grow food on the sea floor. It's an idyllic world, until Saint Dane unleashes a deadly poison. To save the territory, Bobby battles pirates on the surface and killer sharks below, all in the hopes of finding salvation on a legendary underwater city called Faar.
Bobby follows Saint Dane back in time to Earth of 1937 where he finds a turf war raging between two rival gangster mobs. But this feud is much bigger than it seems, for it could very well change the outcome of World War II. Worse, by changing history Saint Dane would also be demolishing Bobby's home territory, Second Earth.
