REVIEW OF thepaleodiet.com
The Paleo Diet is a weight loss program that shows users how to eat like our "ancestors." Dr. Loren Cordain, who is not a medical doctor, but has a PhD in Health, created this program. Cordain is self-described to be "the world's leading expert on the natural human diet of our Stone Age ancestors." Cordain has also founded an institute based on this diet and has written three books: The Paleo Diet, The Paleo Diet for Athletes and The Dietary Cure for Acne. This concept is actually not new. There are other diets on the market that say that we no longer eat as we were "meant" to or that we have deviated from our original foods. Some programs even go further by basing the diet on a person's blood type citing that “blood type” will show what our original ancestors ate. We will take a closer look at Cordain's theories and diet lifestyle to determine if this program is likely to generate weight loss and be as good for the body as the founder claims.

REVIEW OF The Paleo Diet
This diet suggests that users go back to the eating styles of people before the agriculture revolution. The founder claims that not only is this the "world's healthiest diet", but that these eating habits will reduce obesity and many other health related issues. Cordain claims many degenerating diseases of today on processed foods. He feels that the natural diet for humans should be primarily fruit, vegetables, seafood and lean meats. He cites that these foods offer consumers more nutrients, and that even dairy and whole grains are not good to eat on a regular basis.
