- The idea for The Healing Store first came about because we wanted to create an on-line store that could reach out to many people worldwide, helping to bring them a wide range of quality alternative healing products, therapies and advice. We wanted to make it accessible to people with illnesses or disabilities and for those who don't simply have the access or the knowledge as to what products are available. So in October 2005 the web site was launched and the customers started to come and word started to spread. After four months we came second in our regional Business Awards and we were finalists again in the 2007 Business Awards.
