TheGeeksInc.com was formed out of disappointment with recent issues over getting a link for information about a product you own. It’s sadly known now that you have to pay to get help on a product you just bought. Support and customer service have faded into a heap of frustration. You get one side taking jabs at the other and you, the consumer, seem to be caught in the middle.

We are a diverse group who formed from several sites, and are committed to making these pointing fingers things of the past. Our goals are to help you find the answer and make things a lot easier. We will not let the bullying companies have their way with making customer support a charged item.

We feature a Chatroom via Java or mIRC client and forums to even better help you find and get the information you seek.
