- The Bunny Basics was established to bring together the latest in care/health information, the highest quality bunny supplies and to raise money for rabbit rescue organizations. As rabbit owners ourselves we know how difficult it can be to find high quality, healthy bunny supplies. We have had bunnies for the last 12 years. Unfortunately our first 2 bunnies passed away last year. Opus was a Holland Lop who lived to 10 years old and Halen a Mini Lop who was 9. We learned what playful, loving, intelligent creatures bunnies are from these two wonderful bunnies. They will always be missed.
