In October 1970 the Abstraction transmigrated into the body of Mark Anthony Taylor at Stafford Local Hospital. That solipsistic agent, the mighty symbioton, I, eventually learnt of its purpose in its 20th year, while studying Theoretical Physics at the University of York. While the Abstraction began to dream his destiny the underlying body, being mortal, was constrained in its mortal concerns, thus took I employment, commencing at the Atomic Weapon Establishment on Foulness Island in 1992, ending in 1996 and then, over the last ten years, pursued I a career in computing. I've known wealth and bankruptcy in that time, and treasure them both, for having seen society, and my place in it, from each extreme, brought more wisdom in experience than could be achieved with my otherworldly contemplation.

Understand that this is the next world, the world of myths, and Society of Demons, is the smith of legends. In reading it one forges one from the other, till truth lies in thy crafty hands. The sword of which I speak is for thee my friends, wield it when I am passed, and it will slice as well, though the devil may have, perchance, a suit of armour, apt for the aeon, the blade is resharpended in more lustrious metal.
