A typical day would begin with a delicious breakfast at the River Lounge restaurant which overlooks St Katherine's marina, before a safety brief and an explanation of the day ahead.
Then it's off to the Ribs on the dock to be kitted up in waterproofs, introduced to the skippers and begin the challenge - hunting for a series of clues on hi-speed Ribs through the heart of the city.
Ribs compete against one another to gain the most points. Half way through the day there is a stop for lunch in either a private capsule on the London Eye or other riverside desination. The day is completed with a hi-speed blast through the heart of London to finish the tasks of the challenge.
