The traffic from Main St. entering Livingston St., as well as East St. entering Livingston St. will be shut down at roughly 9 PM (or as soon as lots are full). The estimated start time of the Fireworks Display will be at 9:30PM. After the Display has ended, all traffic from the upper lot (Hazel Field) will be directed towards Main Street. Traffic exiting from the upper lot up toward Main St. will be sent south on Main St (towards Wilmington).
