About TEN-RTFWho We Are and What We Do Transafrican Education Network (TEN/RFT) was formally established August 2, 2001 as a non-profit corporation in Minneapolis, Minnesota USA. TEN/RFT partners with French-speaking African networks, organizations, denominations and churches. It is a self-funded working foundation that cooperates with other foundations and churches in Africa to stimulate growth in strategic ministry and disciple-making in French-speaking Africa.
