Ted’s Aqua Marine was started 31 years ago by Ted Novicki. Ted is still involved with the day-to-day workings of the dealership and serves as general manager as well as owner. Ted got his start in the marine industry 45 years ago at a local dealership as a mechanic in 1963. He spent 11 years growing there to be a Mercury Master Mechanic and also became service manager.
