Description
W elcome to Synair Corporation's Polymers Division. Commissioned in September 2001, this "world class" alkoxylation facility was designed to produce of a wide range of polyols, surfactants, and alkoxylat ed adducts.
Synair’s alkoxylation facility is the only plant of its kind strategically locat ed in the heart of the Southeastern Unit ed States in Chattanooga Tennessee, with logistical capabilities to service its clients by rail, interstate, and barge transportation. Chattanooga is located within 30 minutes of Dalton, Georgia, the “Carpet Capital of the World” and home to numerous textile industries; and is within short driving distances to Atlanta, Georgia, Nashville, Tennessee, Huntsville Alabama, Birmingham, Alabama, Knoxville, Tennessee, and Ashville, North Carolina.
Controlling the chemical process is the key to the quality and consistence of our success. Carefully engineered control systems allow Synair to produce quality products with unsurpassed consistency. Synair’s state-of-the-art redundant process control systems maintain process conditions within extremely tight tolerances.
