As a customer of swift in Lake Havasu, I hardly agree with the statement that swift is a reliable internet service. I constantly have service interruptions at my shop that delay my work. Each time he re-adjusts the transmitter/receiver on the roof and gets a connection. A couple days later it's the same story. Poor customer service and even worse internet service. I learned that he blocks certain ports so that certain types of programs will not function. For example, file sharing or instant messenger services. If you live in this area I suggest that you find internet service with another company such as Frontier or NPG. It's not worth the trouble.
