Surgeworks is the brain-child of Dane Falkner, a software architect with over 25 years of experience. Throughout his career, Dane has worked on a variety of projects for companies ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 firms. He is an experienced trainer in the DSDM methodology of agile software development, and an active member of the agile development community.

The Surgeworks team is a talented lineup of local and offshore developers who build amazing web applications. Brad Midgley manages the Rails team with Marcus Derencius as the Brazilian team lead. The European team specializes in Magento online storefronts and WordPress based web apps. Tomislav Bilic leads the team with Mauro Dalu, who also works closely with our mobile development team.
