Description

About Dan Rubin

Dan is a graphic designer, web developer, musician and Apple enthusiast living and working in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (US). He is the founder and principal of Webgraph, a design and branding agency, and is also a professional web-standards consultant.

In addition to online self-publishing, Dan recently contributed to the second edition of Cascading Style Sheets: Separating Content from Presentation, published by Friends of Ed/Apress, and his CSS Zen Garden design is featured in The Zen of CSS Design by Dave Shea and Molly Holzschlag.

Dan’s creativity is not limited to the professional world—in addition to becoming a much sought-after vocal coach for male and female a cappella groups in Florida, he spends many of his off-work hours as musical director of a men’s a cappella/barbershop chorus, founded and sang Baritone for 4 years with Autograph, one of the top ranked barbershop quartets in the world (with an award-winning CD in 2003), currently sings Bass in one of the highest ranking quartets worldwide, Rounders (whose debut recording won the 2006 Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards for both Best Barbershop Song and Best Barbershop Album), and is also the Bass of Voxhouse, a new contemporary/jazz a cappella group based in Miami.
