Mrs. Sue Constantine, a SRN Qualified Nurse, and her husband Mr. Paul Constantine, are directors and owners of Sunshine Care Ltd. Having extensive experience in the care profession, they provide unsurpassed quality service that has helped Sunshine Care grow ten fold in the last five years. Today it employees more than 250 people.
They restrict their services to London and the South of England in order to ensure personal care is available 24/7. Sunshine Care is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspectorate and UK Home-Care Association.
Services
Live-In Care has been designed for the clients who require continuous care:
- Gold Standard: Sunshine Care runs as an agency supplying self employed workers who are trained to a high standard and who are police-checked. Their agency introduction fees start from £12.00 per day. The client is responsible for paying the "worker", who will usually charge £60 per day.
- Platinum Care Service: is for those who require care staff employed by Sunshine Care. These care assistants are supervised on a weekly basis, they are required to attend mandatory annual training updates, and their payroll is managed by Sunshine Care. The CSCI standards provided with this service are far higher than those met by normal care employment agencies, even though they claim to have an excellent rating.
- Domiciliary Care is for those clients who need help occasionally. The care assistants will be happy to assist you according to your schedule.
Sunshine Care also provides assistance to the younger members of community with special care needs, and offers various funding options.
Sunshine Care Team
The Sunshine team of Care Assistants is well-trained and very carefully selected through a process of proper background checking that includes obtaining references and police verification. They ensure that each and every Care Assistant has thorough knowledge of first aid, health & safety, infection control, abuse education, and has trained with an experienced Care Assistant.
