Description
I consider this site to be my photo blog as well as my personal journal. I try to post a photo a day here, and I also have a Flickr account where the rest can be found..strictly amatuer. All of my photos are shot with an Olympus C5000 Zoom. Some editing is done with Picasa and/or Photoshop Elements 4. If anyone is interested in giving me the full Adobe Photoshop software and a camera upgrade, I'll be happy to provide a ship to address ;~)

My mom makes zucchini bread every summer but she always uses the same old recipe. I got this one in my email this morning and printed it to give to her when I see her this weekend. I like the idea of adding pineapple in it because sometimes her bread is too dry. I’d even suggest adding a bit of the pineapple juice into the batter for some extra ooomph.
