Stikkit.com - company closed, this page is the statement
On November 24th values of n (the company behind I Want Sandy and Stikkit) announced that it will be closing its doors and that both of its services will be going offline on December 8th, 2008. TechCrunch.com also reports that values of n was acquired by Twitter.
Stikkit
Stikkit is a Web service for notes, to-do lists, appointments, and contacts. It helps organize a user's daily details and parses the contents of the user's notes to identify things like people, events, to-dos, and URL bookmarks.
Instead of having to explicitly create different types of items like events and tasks, the user just create new notes, and if the content of the note contains these things, they’re automatically identified.
