- I am an Artist, Writer, Philosopher, and Counsellor. I have a Diploma in European Humanities, a BA (hons) in the Humanities, and a MA in Philosophy. All pretty much useless in the job queue sense (extremely useful in counselling) but forgive me, I don’t get much chance to flash them. I also have a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling. I am a member of the Society for Philosophy in Practice and a registered Philosophical Counsellor. And, I am a member of the British Philosophical Association. I am a strong advocate for the use of philosophy within the mental health system while the mental health system (in the UK) remains an advocate of the outdated medical model.
